Another Milestone for Zack Our First Year Apprentice – Continuing Professional Training at MASTERCLEAN®
At MASTERCLEAN®, we believe becoming an outstanding carpet and upholstery cleaning technician takes far more than simply attending a training course. It requires recognised industry qualifications, practical experience and the guidance of experienced professionals.
We're delighted to congratulate our first-year apprentice, Zack, on successfully completing the Cleansmart Professional Carpet Cleaning Technician Course, adding another recognised industry qualification at just 17 years of age.
This latest certificate serves as an excellent refresher to the comprehensive Advanced Prochem Europe Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Technician Courses.
Before completing the Cleansmart Professional Carpet Cleaning Technician Course, Zack had already successfully completed two one-to-one Advanced Prochem Europe Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Technician Courses, personally delivered by MASTERCLEAN®'s Chief Technicians as part of his structured training programme.
Combined with almost two years of practical, hands-on field training alongside MASTERCLEAN®'s Chief Technicians, every stage of Zack's development has built upon the last, helping him gain the knowledge, confidence and professional judgement required to earn the accolade of becoming a MASTERCLEAN® Trained Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Technician.
The Cleansmart course covered:

✔ Correct agitation techniques and water pressure selection

Training Never Stops
Professional qualifications provide an excellent foundation, but experience is equally important.
Working alongside experienced technicians in customers' homes across Exeter, Devon and selected Somerset areas, Zack continues to develop the judgement, attention to detail and customer care that only real-world experience can provide.
