These carpets didn't look particularly dirty on arrival — but this is what we removed from them.
Recently the Masterclean team carried out an end of tenancy carpet clean at a property in Heavitree, Exeter EX2.
At first glance the carpets appeared reasonably clean, with only light wear and a few visible marks. However, professional hot water extraction revealed a surprising amount of embedded soil, dust and contamination hidden deep within the fibres.
This is one of the reasons why so many tenancy agreements include a carpet cleaning clause. Everyday dirt, dust, skin cells and general household contamination can build up gradually over time, often without being obvious to the eye.
After careful cleaning and thorough extraction, the carpets were left fresh, hygienic and ready for the next occupants.
