MASTERCLEAN® Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning is a long-established family business based in Exeter, providing professional carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning services throughout Devon and Somerset.

The roots of the business go back more than sixty years, when our family first became involved in professional carpet and upholstery cleaning. Over the decades the industry has changed enormously, but the aim has always remained the same – to provide careful, thorough cleaning and reliable service to customers.

Our first year apprentice, Zack, is learning the Masterclean way by working alongside experienced technicians, developing the same attention to detail, professionalism and customer care that have been at the heart of our business for more than 60 years. By passing these values to the next generation, we're helping ensure the Masterclean standard continues for many years to come.

To become a MASTERCLEAN® trained technician is not easy! Taking two years of in the field — on the job practical training plus regular theory learning and testing.

Everyone at Masterclean is extremely proud of this young 17 year old, a wonderful temperament, customers love him, he has passed all his theory with flying colours and we are sure that after he has completed his second year with the Masterclean chief technicians nurturing his development he will finally earn what he is striving so hard to earn.
