Another busy day for MASTERCLEAN® in Exeter, carrying out professional carpet and upholstery cleaning for one of our local customers.

With the MASTERCLEAN® van parked just a stone’s throw from the Cygnet Theatre, we got to work on both the carpets and upholstered furnishings.

Upholstery cleaning is about far more than simply cleaning the visible surfaces. Careful attention is given to the fabric, edges, seams and individual areas of the furniture, using professional upholstery cleaning equipment to remove accumulated soil while controlling the amount of moisture being introduced.

The carpets were then thoroughly cleaned using professional hot-water extraction equipment, working methodically across the fibres to remove loosened soil and cleaning residues with successful removal of a particularly nasty and quite large Elderflower juice stain.

And sometimes the best photograph is the simplest one: a freshly cleaned carpet left looking clean, even and ready to dry.
