Helping Fiona Prepare Her New Exeter Home Before Moving In

Moving home can be stressful enough without worrying whether the carpets in your new property are really clean.

Fiona contacted Masterclean from North Devon before moving into her new home in Exeter. As she wasn't yet living at the property, we arranged everything conveniently through WhatsApp, keeping the process straightforward from the very beginning.

On the day of the appointment, we collected the property keys directly from Connells, allowing Fiona to concentrate on her move while we took care of everything else.

Once the cleaning was complete, the keys were returned safely to the estate agents ready for her arrival.

Our technicians, Melanie and Zack, carried out a full professional carpet clean throughout the property using our Cleansmart HX400 extraction system.

Every carpet was carefully pre-treated before deep hot water extraction removed embedded dirt, dust and residues from the fibres.

Throughout the day we kept Fiona updated with photographs and videos so she could see the progress despite being many miles away.

Although the carpets looked fairly clean beforehand, the recovery tank told a very different story.
